We realise, however, that the standard package won't suit everyone so we can be very flexible with the limits on your account and are very happy to tailor a plan to your exact specifications.

Disk space is counted as the sum of all space used by your website, email folders and mysql databases.
Only outgoing web traffic is counted for your data transfer allowance.
There is no limit on the number of databases you create, but the space used by them is counted towards your disk space usage.
Again, space used by email accounts is counted towards your disk space usage, but there is no limit on the number of accounts you can set up.

The first place you should go for support should be our support site. If you can't find the answer to your question in the knowledgebase or if your issue is urgent then you can submit a support ticket to us which we will deal with as quickly and appropriately as we can. We believe very strongly in direct communication so in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with support through the support site you can phone us directly - this is not something many hosts can promise!
